Confirmation and Payment: A 50% deposit is due when making a reservation. This will confirm your reservation and you will be sent a deposit receipt. I can process your credit card charge over the phone and will mail your invoice and receipt.

Final Payment: is due on day of travel.

Refund Policies: Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to 6% fee.
Deposits are 75% refundable if cancellation is made 60 days prior to reservation date.
Deposits are 50% refundable if cancellation is made 30 days prior to reservation date.

Less than 30 days: No refunds are available. Please contact us for emergency circumstances.
